EVERGO is growing, and we’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy "builder" to help us rewire the way we work.

Are you the kind of person who sees a manual task and immediately thinks, "There has to be a faster way to do this"? If you’re an early-career professional or a recent graduate looking to bridge the gap between business and technology, this is your playground.

Why this role?

This isn’t your typical "coffee-run" internship. You will be at the heart of our internal engine, working directly with AI, Automation, and Operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience that usually takes years to acquire, setting you on a fast track to becoming a Project or Operations Manager.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Architect Efficiency: Support and lead internal projects that make our team faster and smarter.
  • Build Automations: Move beyond manual work by configuring simple automations and optimizing workflows across the business.
  • Master the Tech Stack: Get hands-on with CRM, ERP, and AI tools to streamline Marketing, Sales, and IT operations.
  • Problem Solve: Identify bottlenecks in our daily processes and propose (then implement!) real solutions.
  • Drive Growth: Directly contribute to EVERGO’s market success by ensuring our internal "engine" is high-performing.

Who you are:

  • A "Figure-It-Out" Person: You have a high degree of ownership and a relentless curiosity for how things work.
  • Tech-Fluent: You aren’t afraid of new software. You’ve played with AI tools, mastered MS Office (and its automations), and perhaps even tinkered with CRMs, ERP or PMS tools (like Zoho).
  • Process-Oriented: You love a good checklist, a clear timeline, and a clean workflow.
  • Communicator: You have a solid command of English (at least B2/Medium) and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Based in Poland: You have a valid work permit and are ready to hit the ground running.

Bonus points if:

  • You’ve already had a "first date" with tools like Zoho, Miro, WordPress, Nano Banana or Jira.
  • You understand the basics of how Marketing, Sales and Recruitment funnels actually move.
