Relocation Project — Large-Scale Operations Transfer in Electronics Manufacturing
By Paweł Wroński | February 15, 2026
Introduction
This relocation program showcases our ability to execute complex industrial transitions with precision, speed, and technology-enabled coordination. It illustrates how we support global manufacturers in maintaining business continuity while scaling operations and modernizing production environments.
Business Context
CTDI, a global leader in electronic device repair and logistics, embarked on a significant expansion by opening a new 14,000 m² operations site. This initiative required the relocation of ten business units, the transfer of 700 employees from two existing locations, and the launch of two additional units for strategic clients. Construction delays created considerable pressure on timelines, raising concerns among senior leadership and key customers regarding operational continuity and service quality.
Our Approach
We took full responsibility for orchestrating the relocation, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery throughout the transition. The team implemented a structured, technology-driven program management model focused on:
- Minimizing operational downtime through phased transition planning and synchronized execution
- Integrating new technology systems to support modern workflows and future scalability
- Streamlining processes to enhance productivity in the new facility
- Coordinating cross-functional teams using advanced project management and collaboration platforms
- Deploying modern equipment and automation to elevate operational efficiency and reduce manual workload
This disciplined approach enables us to manage a highly complex, multi-unit relocation while maintaining service performance for CTDI’s clients.
Results Achieved
- The new site was commissioned three weeks ahead of the agreed timeline, despite initial construction delays.
- All ten business units and 700 employees were relocated within six months, with no negative impact on service delivery.
- 250 employees were directly engaged in the transition, coordinated through a unified governance model.
- All activities were completed within the approved budget, ensuring financial discipline and stakeholder confidence.
Conclusion
This relocation project highlights the capability to manage large-scale operational transitions with strategic clarity and technological excellence. By combining rigorous planning, advanced tools, and hands-on leadership, we delivered a seamless relocation that strengthened CTDI’s operational capacity and set a new benchmark for efficiency in manufacturing and production facilities management.
