We engage Data Analyst and Reporting Experts on a seasonal, part-time B2B subcontracting basis to support boutique consulting engagements focused on management reporting, KPI frameworks, and business performance analytics.
This role is delivery-focused and suited for senior professionals who can work independently and deliver client-ready reporting solutions in a modern analytics environment
Scope of work
- Work together with principal consultants to analyze complex deliverables, defining performance measures for critical business outcomes, and methods for collecting, integrating, and managing performance data.
- Advanced data analysis and structured reporting using Power BI and Excel
- Design and delivery of management and executive dashboards
- Definition, calculation, and reporting of KPIs and business performance metrics
- Business process performance analysis and insight generation
- Development of automated and repeatable reporting solutions
- Data transformation, modeling, and preparation for reporting
- Clear documentation of reporting logic and metric definitions
Required expertise — Must-have
- Senior experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or BI Analyst
- Extensive, hands-on expertise in:
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power BI Service)
- Excel (advanced) including Power Pivot and modern dynamic formulas
- Strong, practical experience with:
- Power Query (M language) for data transformation and reporting pipelines
- Management reporting, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement
- Understanding of business processes and operational performance drivers
- Ability to work independently in a consulting-style delivery model

The IT Product & Project Manager (PPM) is the leader that drives the execution of the IT product and project roadmaps through successfully and consistently delivered features, functionalities, and enablers.
Role objectives
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives across client’s’ organization. To do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.
PPM is a crucial member of the program management team to conceptualize and design implementation roadmap. We expect the candidate to work with minimal supervision in an agile environment with cross-functional teams of product owners, engineers, designers, business leaders and product & project managers to co-define, and deliver the roadmap.
Regular tasks and key responsibilities
- Take ownership and leadership of innovative solutions implementation across several IT domains, e.g., e-commerce, ITSM, cloud infrastructure, etc.
